Free Texture Tuesday: Wood
Wood textures are by far one of the most prominently used textures in web and graphic design. They are ubiquitous in there implementation as website backgrounds, but they are also frequently used in print design and layers for photography. Overall, wood textures may possibly be the most versatile texture out there.

Hmm, I love textures and especially metal and wood in graphic design, but somehow wood always seems dated to me as a background for a website. Just a personal preference I guess. I love metal though!
