Originally, I was going to do some grass textures this week to help usher in Spring. Then I realized that there just isn’t that much grass around here this early in the year so I though I’d take the idea in the opposite direction. Hopefully we can get to the grass textures soon, but in the meantime enjoy some cracked dirt ones instead!

    I’m having trouble opening the zip files for the textures. After downloading and hitting “extract all”, I get a dialog box that says, “There is already a file with the same name as the folder name you specified. Specify a different name.” It gives me the options to try again, skip, or cancel. I don’t have anything named the same. Can anyone help? I download graphics for digital scrapbooking all the time and I’ve never had this problem before. Thanks :)

    Sonesta:
    download a free application called 7-Zip. Use it to extract the files. It works for me.
