Free Hi-Res Photoshop Brushes - Floral
It’s that time again folks. I have been itching to make some more Photoshop brushes, so here’s a set to digest. I took a trip to the store, got a bouquet of flowers with a nice variety (I can’t grow flowers to save my life), whipped out my Nikon D-80, and went to town + a few hours of Photoshop tweaking. These are 100% original and REALLY BIG brushes, available in CS1 and CS3 formats, as well as a full set of PNG’s for everyone else. Anyway, hope you like em.

Download CS1 Version: (17.4MB)
Includes: - Photoshop CS1 Brush Library(1)
Download CS3 Version: (17.4MB)
Includes: - Photoshop CS3 Brush Library(1)
Download PNG’s: (6.3MB)
Includes: - PNG Source Files (10)
Installation:
1. Download the file and unzip it.
2. Copy the .abr file to your Photoshop/Presets/Brushes folder.
3. In your Photoshop Brushes palette, click on the arrow in the upper right and click on “Load Brushes.”
4. Navigate until you find the file and load it (Photoshop/Presets/Brushes/BB_HiRes_floral_CS1/3.abr )
Note: The next time you restart Photoshop you will not have to load the file, it will be in the list of Brush Libraries.

when i download them and then try to open the .zip it say the files are corrupted. am i doing something wrong?

Have you tried downloading them more than once? Bad connections can cause this problem, but the file is fine.

Has anyone had a problem using the CS1 brushes in CS2 version of Photoshop, along with Vista? I had no problem using them with XP with my old computer. Maybe I’m missing something.

I’d like to download a version of the brush but I noticed that a CS2 version is not listed. Should I download the CSI version since I have CS2 and they’re usually backwards compatable.

Ooooh! These are so, so beautiful - thank you so mcuh Bitt!! I’ve always wanted flower brushes but never had the time to create them and didn’t know where to start searching.
By the way Heather (and all you folks out there) Photoshop CS2/CS3 has performance issues under Vista - brushes don’t show up, can’t load, etc. Go back to XP Professional with SP2 if you can, you’ll be happier.
What about the download?
On the download page, there’s an error message:
“Invalid Quickkey. This error has been forwarded to MediaFire’s development team.”
I’m going to look into this. If mediafire has removed this file I’ll be really pissed. Sorry for the inconvenience all. I’ll fix this asap.

Sorry it took so long for me to fix this, but the CS1 version should be working now. I have no idea why Mediafire removed it, they don’t tell you why. (that would be too easy right)
