I’ve got another set of killer brushes for everyone. These are, as always, super large brushes. There are 10 in the set, and I also included a zip file with PNGs for non-Photoshop users. I’ll be releasing the actual textures themselves in another post soon. I made these from a combination of watercolor and india ink. I have to admit … These textures were really fun to make. I went to a little book store over the weekend that you can’t even find on Google Maps, bought a book that is about 50 yrs old, dissected it (literally), and scanned all the parts. It took a while, but I have a very cool free high resolution texture pack for everyone to download. There are 12 textures, all over 3000px. You can see them all individually on flickr by clicking on each image, or download all of them in a zip at the bottom.

It seems that most of you seem to LOVE my Photoshop brush sets, so this inspires me to make more. In this set you’ll find grungy textures, as well as some rocky cracks. There are 12 brushes in the set, and they are all 2500px. Available for CS3, CS1, and in PNG format for everyone else. All of these brushes were made from the images of the textures I gave away in a previous post. After my first texture release, some of you mentioned you might find some ‘paper’ textures useful, so I guess you could say that this is a requested freebie.
