I’m not sure how long it’s been around, but BgPatterns.com makes it super easy to make a seamless tiled background image. There are plenty of elegant controls for the user including rotation, texture, color, opacity and more. So if you’re in the market for a seamless tile, or just want to save a little time, I recommend this site to anyone.
