My friends over at Flashloaded have done it again. They’ve just released a new 3D Wall component for CS3, and I have 2 copies to give away to 2 lucky BittBoxers! I’ve had a chance to review this component and I must say, it’s very, very sexy. I can see this coming in very useful for some portfolio sites, or client image galleries. I’ve only been making textures for a while now, but everyone seems to love them. I know I can’t ever get enough textures either. So I’ve been surfing and made a list of sites that offer free textures to download. Some have more than others, and some sites have higher resolution images than others, but they all have one thing in common, free downloads.

Now that I’m on a new server, and I’m done venting, how about some free stuff. I took the camera for a trip around the neighborhood and captured some wood textures that I hope everyone will enjoy.
