While this isn’t a typical BittBox post, I think It’s alright to lighten the mood every once in a while. I was recently contacted by iPhone developers Brendan McWeeney and Gianguido Giudetti about a new app that’s just been released to the world, and it utilizes some good ol’ BittBox Photoshop brushes for added effect. The app is called Fartlicious, and I’m sure I don’t need to explain to you what it does, but let’s just say that the BB brush set it uses are my Hi-Res Splatter brushes. I’ll leave it at that :) Anyway, as a way to say thanks, they’ve given me 3 codes to get the app for free.

Hey everyone, I’ve got some cool free stuff to start off the week. FlashOtaku has offered up 3 licenses for one of their Flash components to some lucky BittBox commenters! The component up for grabs is called “Slideshow“, and it’s a powerful Flash component used for viewing images, with a variety of transition effects to choose from.
