Bannersnack makes it quick and easy to make Flash banners for online ads, stripping you of the need to write any code, whatsoever. It’s got a ton of handy built in features, and is available at a variety of prices. (except for the 3 lucky commenters!) You can even edit banners that are already made by others if they choose to make their banners public!
