I’ve got a great giveaway for you all this week. Billings 3. Its a robust and feature-rich invoicing, time tracking, and project management software for Mac. (just name a few features) If you’re a business owner or freelancer, it doesn’t matter. This software does it all. I’ve had the liberty of playing around with Billings 3 for a couple days now, and I’m extremely impressed by it’s usefulness, and attention to detail when it comes to features that just “make sense.” It’s very affordable, but today, I have 2 licenses to give away to 2 lucky BittBox readers. I run a small design business and we already own one Billings license but could surely use another one since we expect Billings to support networked multiuser workflow in the coming versions.
I have been using Billings for a couple of months and I can say is that Billings rocks for small business. It is a very elegant and polished yet simple to use time tracking and billing application.
Since we are a design business the main selling point for us was Billings’ robust although somewhat technically challenging WYSIWYG invoice design editor which allowed us to build great looking custom invoice (and other reports) templates. This was always very difficult for me because it required HTML/CSS programming skills or even impossible with other billing apps I tried.
To conclude, billing was a nightmare for me before I started using Billings. Now I even find some pleasure doing paperwork!

I’ve tried this software and YES, it’s awsome. I love being able to create custom invoices, and estimates. The tax calculations and invoice tracking functions are well worth the cost. Plus of course if you have an iphone, you aren’t going to missing anything because everything can be synced.
