Inspiration: Neil Duerden Updates
I was recently contacted by Neil Duerden, an internationally famous and talented UK designer. He informed me that he has updated his site with loads of new finished pieces and wanted to share his work with everyone. The updates include not only print designs but some new motion graphics as well. Neil is a master of the collage style, and is always pushing the limits of design, not only in his personal work, but his commissions as well. Head on over and give your eyes a feast ;)

Definitely some awesome stuff, but I think he needs to up the compression on those portfolio images, they take a long time to load…

Surely he has talent. I couldn’t never do something similar because it would look like a bad ripoff.
My impression though is that most of his pieces lacks a central strong idea, and so he (amazingly) decorates. Am I the one who thinks that?

Wow, the collage style never seems to get old, but continuously evolves and never bores me. Anyone else you would recommend?
it’s really not that good. In fact I found that he uses too much the swirl tool or someting like that. It looks like a mix between ArtDeco drawings and Ipod colors.
Well I definitely think that English people are not good at graphics and drawings. They don’t have sens of order, just look at their gardens. I prefer French ones.
