Random Free Vectors Part 11: Watercolors

Part 11 of the Random Free Vectors series is here, and it’s watercolor brush strokes. My Hi-Res Watercolor Photoshop Brushes I & II were quite popular, so I thought I would make some watercolor vectors for a change. No, these are not the same shapes as the PS brushes. They are completely new and only available in vector at this point (EPS & SVG). Hope you like them, and remember, you can post your designs in the BittBox User Showcase Group on Flickr if would like to show us how you put them to good use!

Part 10 of the free vectors is here, and it’s gears! I also included a bonus Illustrator brush set so you can make your own custom gears, if you feel the need. I had to make some brushes in order to make this freebie set, and I wouldn’t feel right with the brushes sitting on my hard drive when they would help you make your own custom gears (easily). Found Freebie: High-Res Watercolor Textures

The folks over at the Go Mediazine blog just released a set of 2 High-Res Watercolor Textures for everyone to feast on. You can never have too many textures, and these are 2 good ones. Free Illustrator Brushes and Vectors: Foliage

Its that time again. Illustrator Brushes! You might recognize a few of these from this free vector set. These are some foliage Illustrator brushes I used to make the that set of freebies, along with a lot of new ones. So, theoretically, you could take these brushes and make your own set of free foliage vectors. The possibilities are endless with this set because I also included the simpler brushes that the more complex ones are comprised of. I also included AI, SVG, and EPS, for InkScape users, or anyone else who doesn’t use Illustrator. Don’t forget to play with your stroke size to get your most desired results! Download below.

I had fun making these. I’m constantly trying to push my Illustrator skills to the limit, so I was experimenting, and I came up with this set of freebies in the process. I don’t even know what to call these free vectors. Swirls, ornaments, swooshes, I don’t know. Call them what you want, but I hope you like them. Download AI, EPS, or SVG.
