Free Stuff: (3) 1-Year BannerSnack Licenses – Comment to Win
If you’re like me, you’re not very fond of writing actionscript. It can be frustrating, and time consuming. For this giveaway, I have 3 licenses for BannerSnack, from Jumpeye Components, the makers of premium Flash components. Bannersnack makes it quick and easy to make Flash banners for online ads, stripping you of the need to write any code, whatsoever. It’s got a ton of handy built in features, and is available at a variety of prices. (except for the 3 lucky commenters!) You can even edit banners that are already made by others if they choose to make their banners public! If you’d like to find out more, there is a nice collection of videos to get you started, and some examples here. Contest Rules below.

Free Texture Tuesday: Fabric
Last Texture Tuesday I got a comment asking for some fabric textures. Well, ask and you shall receive. Which gave me an idea: I’ll be taking requests this week, so just leave a comment mentioning any sort of textures you’d like to see covered in future Texture Tuesdays and I’ll try to do as many as possible. Thanks!

Photoshop: The “Pixelated” Brush Problem
This question has come in through various channels recently, so I thought I’d do a write up on a quick fix. If you’ve ever wondered why your brushes look “pixelated,” there’s a perfectly good explanation. Photoshop isn’t broken, you aren’t missing a setting, and you probably got here because you like keyboard shortcuts.
