Last year, I did my best to help send David Bracetty to FOWA. This year, I’ve been contacted again, and I’d like to spread the word to anyone who might be willing to help. A couple of our collegues in Tel Aviv, Israel are stating their case, and asking for help to get to this years FOWA (Future of Web Apps) event in Miami, FL. There are ways to help, even if you can’t donate, like spreading the word if you have a blog, for example. Anyway, I’ll be sponsoring these two guys, because I took one look at their website, and their work, and FOWA is where these 2 belong. Good Luck Guys! :)
Neil Duerden, one of my favorite Illustrator/Designers gave me the heads up this afternoon about an update to his portfolio. Among the updates are over 50 new pieces to enjoy. If you’ve never had the pleasure of enjoying Neil’s work, you’ve got quite a bit to look at over at his site, NeilDuerden.co.uk. The newer stuff is in the 2009 folder, enjoy!
I’d like to show you a very quick time-saving search tip that I use to find freeware on the Apple site. We all love freeware, so let get our grubby hands on it even quicker, shall we? Have a watch.
